HOTEL VILE DALMACIJA

Within the hotel complex of Villa Dalmacija in Preko on the island of Ugljan, the construction of the most modern hotel in this area is planned.

Next to this hotel complex is a building plot of 2512 m2 which is in the phase of preparation of the main project for the construction of an exclusive hotel which will consist of 35 luxury rooms with a sea view, convention hall for 150 people and a restaurant that will be synonymous for high quality cuisine, with a rich wine list, romantic ambience and spectacular views of the sea and the city of Zadar. Hotel will as well have an underground garage.

The new hotel will also be located in the first row by the sea, so a concession to the beach that would be in front of him had already been obtained from the competent institutions, and there is also the idea of designing it as one beautiful modern beach with all the amenities one would expect from a hotel in such an exclusive location.

With a breathtaking exterior and interior, equipped with a variety of services and amenities that guarantee the carefree vacation and comfort, including a superbly Wellness and SPA center featuring saunas, indoor pools and massage rooms it will be the first hotel of its kind on all islands.

As it will be open all year, the hotel will be oriented to a wide audience and offer organization of team building programs, business seminars and educations, wedding ceremonies, various receptions and other celebrations.
