BODULO – real estate agency, Medovićeva 1/b, 23275 Ugljan, is a licensed real estate broker.

We collect and process personal data of clients interested in our services according to our registered business activity. Collected data is processed and stored in a transparent and safe manner respecting your privacy and in compliance with laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union. Data is collected through our webpage, email address and by our team personally. This data may include: name, surname, OIB, name of legal entity or small business, email, phone number, cell phone number, information on real estate on sale, residence or main office address, bank account details (exclusively vendor's upon finalisation of the purchase of the real estate).

We will process your data according to the legal regulations on protection of personal information. All personal information is collected and processed only for specific legal purposes and shall not be further distributed unless prescribed by laws or with your consent. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except where required by regulatory authorities/ legal state institutions.

Collected data is stored and processed for as long as necessary to fulfill certain legal purpose unless standing regulations prescribe longer or shorter period of safekeeping of data for a specific purpose, or in other cases strictly prescribed by law.
